its former glory.
Paul O’Reilly, from Sarratt,
overcame a number of other
interested parties to purchase
the building from Leukaemia
Research after the turn of the
year and is now looking to
convert the site into three four
bedroom homes and another
three bedroom property, using
the site’s historic foundations.
