circulation .
Also known as Anti-Embolism Stockings, the strong elastic in these compression socks focuses
a varying amount of pressure to all areas of the leg including the thighs, knees, ankles and feet.
The
average blood pressure of the body (arterial pressure) is increased because this additional pressure forces
blood to travel to smaller routes throughout the body, thus forcing more blood away from the feet and
towards the heart.
Without this un-impeded blood circulation, blot clots can form which can lead to a heart
attack or stroke.

Patients who have just had joint replacement surgery, are bed ridden, or have some other condition which
inhibits their ability to move their legs freely are higher risk for blood clots and can benefit from
