WHAT IS MY TOPIC?
My chosen topic is Kung Fu.
Kung Fu is what’s called a ‘martial’ art, and refers to when the Chinese military was taught Kung Fu.
It is
also referred to by the Chinese name wushu or 武术, and is a collection of a number of fighting
styles that have been developed over the centuries in China.
These fighting styles are classified into
families, sects or schools of martial arts based on common traits, and some training methods were
inspired by Chinese philosophers, e.
g.
physical exercise involving animal mimicry.
Examples of these
are; tiger style which is based on the raw power of a tiger, and viper style which is based on the
speed of a vipers bite.
This was described very well in the Kung Fu Panda movies.

THE IMPORTANCE OF KUNG FU TO CHINA
