however it is a manifestation involving some problem with the gastrointestinal tract.
The agni is
responsible for the appropriate digestion of food in the body.
When there is a good imbalance of the
agni - which means digestive : fire - then your digestion process is disrupted.
This is when upset
stomach occurs.
Agni could be vitiated due to several reasons.
Eating foods that cause problems ,
eating at drastically wrong times, having negative thoughts in the mind, extreme stress and even
actual physical problems with the intestinal tract can cause upset stomach.
Indigestion must be cured
quickly, or it will build up toxins by the body processes , which are called while ama.
