Knowledge Management(KM) is the hottest topics of the internet world today.

Explicit Knowledge
2.
Tacit Knowledge.

Explicit Knowledge:
Wikipedia says, Explicit knowledge can be articulated, stored and codified in a certain

Tacit Knowledge
Tacit knowledge is a knowledge which is diffucult to transfer to another person by means of
verbalising and writing it.
It is just opposite to Explicit knowledge where people are not aware of the
