Senior Class sponsors first dance in OBU history

“The First Dance,” hosted by the senior class of
2012 and SGA, raised over
$3,700 last week.
Amity
Walker, senior class president, and Ben Buchanan,
senior class vice president,
arranged a table in the GC
for ticket and t-shirt sales
leading up to Saturday
night’s event.
The seniors
sold almost 300 tickets
throughout the week, and
over 100 at the door of the
dance.
“I can’t come up with a
good quote to explain just
how awesome [the dance]
was,” Buchanan said.
“All I can say is that it
was legend…ary.
”
