Pierogi Ruskie
Ingredients :
dough:
-wheat flour- 300g
-warm water 200ml
stuffing:
-potatoes about 1/2kg
-cottage cheese 150g

-butter
-salt and peeper
Preparation
1-Peel potatoes and boil them.
2-Chop the onion, fry it on the pan with some butter.
3-Put the flour in a bowl, add warm water and mix
with your hand.
4-Put boiled potatoes, cottage cheese, onion, salt and
peeper in a big bowl and mix.
5-Roll out dough for dumplings.
6-Cut out circles from the dough with a glass.
7-Put the stuffing on the circle with a teaspoon
8-Fold the circle and stick the edges.
9-Boil in hot water for five minutes.
