SITE INSPECTION REPORT Sofia, August 5, 2022 I- Event The CityDNA International Conference & General Assembly will take place on Wednesday April 19 – Saturday April 22, 2023 in Sofia. II- Conference venue Grand Hotel Millenium ***** a. Meeting rooms The plenary room can fit up to 400 people in classroom setup. There are large windows overlooking outside on one side of the room, that can be curtained to see the presentations better. All meeting rooms but one have daylight and can fit between 16 to 70 people, depending on the setup. The plenary will be split up into three rooms that we will use on Wednesday. The breakout rooms for Thursday and Friday can fit between 50 to 100 people and are located on the same floor. Technical equipment is already in place in most of the rooms but if we have any special needs, this will need to be communicated. For hybrid meetings, this will be possible in the plenary during the conference but is not recommended for internal meetings on Wednesday. The Ge
