2011, Northeastern Japan was devastated by
a 10 meter high tsunami and a massive earthquake.

casualties (9,500 people died and 16,000
were reported missing).
The country is paralyzed because of
the 300 billion damages: roads, schools,
cities, disappeared, 18,000 buildings
were destroyed so 256.

The tsunami led to a
nuclear crisis(a plant was partly
destroyed in Fukushima) and 660,000
households remain without electricity.
This nuclear crisis became a real
nuclear disaster because there were
explosions in two reactors and the third
reactor is about to melt.
Radioactivity was found in the sea, so
the population who can’t eat fish
anymore.
Japan does everything to control the
situation and stop the crisis but it isn’t
