Ducky Birts 50 years of Community Service
We are honored to be entrusted with your contribution under the auspices of
The Ducky Birts Foundation.
Ducky has created a legacy of caring for others,
dedicating his career as an entrepreneur and civil activist, also nurturing the
growth our community s most valuable resource; Our Children.
"Molding
tomorrow s leaders today", Ducky understands that having a education as a
means to social justice, equity, self determination and freedom.
Since establishing
the foundation in 2006, many scholarships have been awarded for students
attending Cheyney and Lincoln Universities.
The secondary focus is to educate
youth on economic development and government operations on all levels, along
with a Christian basketball program.
This year the foundation is celebrating The Fifth Medallion Scholarship
Banquet.
