In 2009, the Duke Environmental Leadership (DEL) Program at Duke University,
proudly celebrated 20 years
as the premiere provider of
National Environmental Policy
Act (NEPA) executive education.
Co-sponsored by the
Nicholas School of the Environment and the Council on
Environmental Quality (CEQ),
Executive Office of the President, DEL’s NEPA program is
designed for the environmental professional seeking
essential skills to implement
and understand NEPA.
The program was developed
