January 4, 2024 Leadership message Since October 2021, the leadership message that appears at the head of each Mercy Now issue has been written by members of the Institute Leadership Team (ILT) and Institute Ministers (IMs) on a rotating basis. After conversation with the IMs, a new process will begin next week. Each message will contain a reflection on leadership activities and our encounters with sisters, associates and companions in the context of Mercy community life and ministry and our international, intercultural and intergenerational realities. There will be no set length, so a read more link will be used if the article is long. The rotation schedule of ILT and IM members will continue. Different than in the past, the writer of the leadership message will add her name to the end. We look forward to sharing our weekly communications with you.
