We followed God’s
command, Psalm 55:22:
‘Cast your burden upon
the LORD and He will
sustain you; He will never
allow the righteous to be
shaken.
’ Upon returning to
the office, we tackled our
new goals with more energy
and resolve.
”
Recognizing a pastor’s
need for solitude and
renewal, when space
is available, they offer
pastors complimentary
weekday stays in the
Cascade Height Suite.
A recent guest, recovering
from surgery, Reverend Gene
Penrod, Nazarene Church of
Sweet Home, said: “Lying in
bed, seeing the moon coming
over the mountain, was so
inspirational…it was part of
our healing…we felt God’s
touch! CASCADE RANCH is a
blessing in our life.
”
As ministry volunteers at
CASCADE RANCH, our
motorhome is perched on fifty
acres of wilderness, ten miles
north of Grants Pass.
