Matt Heverly recalls that lifechanging day in September 2005
when Pastor Peter John Courson
of Applegate Christian Fellowship
asked him to go out and start a
church in Grants Pass.
“He said,
‘I’d like you to be pastor.
What
do you think?’” Matt says, “I’m
just shocked.
I’m thinking, ‘I
don’t want to do that’.

service at Fruitdale Elementary
School in Grants Pass.
