Grandma and children by Micaela and Vassiliki “Time for dinner, children!”, said grandma calling the three children, Micaela, Vassiliki and John to enjoy her spaghetti. When the children saw grandma, their eyes sparkled with joy. They cuddled in her arms and she asked them to stay in the house. “That little bird on the branch is hungry, grandma! Let’ s give it some food!” said the kind children. The children’ s house was built near a fort, a place full of little birds. But it was winter and it was very cold in their country. The snow was frozen. It was hard for little birds to find food but it was easy for the children to find some bread. They left a few crumbs on the window sill and they were merry.
