COMENIUS MEETING IN ISTANBUL From 17th to 24th October we - Marta, Almudena, Adriano and Antón and our teachers Marta and Olga - travelled to Istanbul thanks to the Comenius Programme. When we arrived our respective host families were waiting us at the airport. It was very late and we were very tired because the journey lasted six hours, so we went to bed as soon as we could. SATURDAY 18th In the morning we went to the high school where we met all exchange students as well as the Turkish participants, students and teachers.The coordinator gave us a warm welcome. After that each delegation presented their projects.We spoke about typical sports in our country. At midday we ate traditional food cooked by the Turkish families.After lunch we continued talking about sports and we danced all together. In the afternoon each student rested with their own family.
