It is the first STR to contain dolutegravir (an integrase inhibitor, sold separately as Tivicay®) and the NRTIs abacavir (Ziagen®) and Lamivudine (3TC®). Triumeq was registered for use in HIV treatment by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) on the 15th of January this year. It has now also received a recommendation for
