FLAG FOOTBALL RULES
Flag football and flag Tochito is a learning form of football played without guards or
tackles.
Instead of tackling the defending player has to pull out a small flag or banner as a belt
carrying the rival.

REGULATION
The Flag is a non-contact football.
Blockades and markings are not allowed.

Dress
• The cleated or studded boots are allowed, but must be made of plastic.
Inspections should
take place before the start of the games.

• The official uniforms for a tournament must be worn during the game.

• Protections for the body as well as scarves or hats on their heads are not allowed.

Field dimensions and markings
• Length: 60 yards.
(54 meters)
• Width: 30 yards.

• End Zones: Maximum 10 yards deep and at least 7 yards
•´ No running areas` must be marked 5 yards from each end zone.

• 7 yards spot is marked before the 5 yards.

Possession
• The first possession will be determined by tossing a coin (head or tales).
