WARM UP - Full range of motion - Parts o Joint mobility EXERCISES: Neck: o Nodding, shaking, tilting, circles. Shoulder: o Nice and simultaneous circles (forwards/backwards) o Alternative circles (forwards/backwards) o Simultaneous circles alternating one arm forward and the other backwards. o Small rotations sticking arms out alternating one arm inwards and the opposite outwards. o Same exercise but making a more intense inner rotation.
