CREEPES WHIT CHOCOLATE SYRUP Ingredients 200 gr of flour 4 eggs 500ml of milk 1 pinch of sugar 1 pinch of salt Olive oil Chocolate syrup A bowl A pan Elaboration 1. Mix the eggs and two spoons of sugar. 2. Add the milk and the salt and mix. 3. Add the flour slowly while mix with sticks. Sticks and it repose 30 minutes. 4. Add oil in the pan and extend it.. 5. Add the mass in the pan and fry it. 6. Decorate with chocolate syrup. HISTORY In Asturias the creeps are called `frixuelos´. The creeps are from Great Britain and from the west of France but now itself eat in all the word.
