Warming up: It is important to ensure that your
body is properly prepared before you start any
practice or game.
To achieve this you need to go
through series of exercises, including jogging and
skipping in the warm up, that will both help to
raise your pulse rate and to stretch the major
muscles groups.
Proper preparation will reduce
the risk of sprains which may occur when cold
ligaments are subjected to do sudden violent
activities.
