Vol. XXXII No. 1 December 21, 2010Pampanga High School Thus DepEd Central Office Director III of Bureau of Elementary Education Angelita M. Esdicul said in the opening program of 32nd RSPC at Bren Guiao Convention Center in front of almost 3000 young delegates and school paper advisers from 18 divisions in the region. Director Esdicul accentuated that one of the objectives of the Campus Journalism Act is to strengthen ethical values, critical and creative thinking, and developing moral character and personal discipline of the Filipino youth. “As a future journalist, I urge you to learn your lessons and share these lessons for others to emulate,” Esdicul pointed out.
