The library was founded in 1950.It has 41.737 books and 30
DVD with art film cinema. The library has got halls with books
for kids, adults and a reading room with twelve places. If you
want to borrow a book you must respect some rules. Therefore,
you must live in Gura Humorului, the book must be returned
within fifteen days. The schedule is from Monday to Friday. The
library offers a lot of books to please everyone. All the books stir
different feelings and experiences, lessons that can be applied
in real life. The women who oversee the library are very nice
and willing at any time to help you. The library isn’t boring and
when you start to read one of the library books you can’t stop
anymore.
