• Salt and spices (pepper, basil, thyme, dill)
Preparation
Chop bacon into small pieces and place it into the frying oil.
Add the chopped onion and leave until everything turns soft, then add the washed
rice and puffed.
Add meat and eggs, mix well, then add spices and salt.
Clean intestines and cut to a length of 20-30 cm.
Intestines are filled with the mixture prepared above.
Boil each piece separately in warm water.
